These terms govern your use of madeloose.com and purchases from Made Loose. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You may not interfere with the store, misuse its content or attempt unauthorised access to any system or account.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, descriptions and prices accurately. Screens and photography can affect how colours appear. Products may be limited, changed or withdrawn without notice.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information is inaccurate, payment is not authorised or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, discounts and the final payable amount are shown during checkout. Payment is processed by the methods offered at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Made Loose name, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, text and store content are owned by or licensed to Made Loose. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Made Loose is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer rights.
