Order processing

Orders require processing before dispatch. During busy drops, processing can take a little longer. If an unusual delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates

The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout or shared in your shipping confirmation. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by courier capacity, weather, public holidays or an incomplete address.

Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched, tracking details are sent by email or SMS where available. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after collection.

Address changes

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, or if it arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant.
