Processing and delivery time

Allow an estimated 7–11 business days from order placement to delivery within India. This total includes order processing, production and courier transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How your order is fulfilled

Made Loose uses print-on-demand production and fulfilment partners in India, including Qikink. Products are prepared after an order is placed and shipped directly by our fulfilment partners. Our business is based in Arera Colony, Bhopal; products ship directly from our production and fulfilment partners in India.

Delivery estimates

The 7–11 business day window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Courier capacity, remote delivery locations, public holidays, weather or an incomplete address can affect delivery. If an unusual processing delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched, tracking details are sent by email or SMS where available. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after collection.

Address changes

Email support@madeloose.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfilment has started.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, or if it arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant.
